Is It Cheating If Her Divorce Isn’t Final?

I’m currently dating a woman who is going through a divorce, and honestly, I’m confused about where I stand. She has been separated from her husband for some time now, and according to her, the marriage is practically over. The divorce process has started, but the papers have not been finalized yet. She keeps telling me that emotionally, she has moved on and that I’m the person she wants to be with. The problem is that things are getting serious between us. We have become very close, and there is a strong attraction between us. Recently, we started talking about becoming intimate, but something inside me keeps saying I should slow down. I know she is technically still married, and I don’t want to become the man people will say entered another person's marriage. She keeps saying, “My marriage is already finished. Na only paper remain.” I understand what she means, but at the same time, I keep asking myself if that really changes anything. What if her husband finds out? What if the divorce process suddenly becomes complicated because of what happened between us? I don't want to enter a relationship that will later come with plenty wahala. I genuinely care about this woman, and I don't want to treat her like someone who is only available because her marriage is struggling. But I also don't want to deny my feelings when we both know there is something real between us. So I'm honestly asking people here: Would it be considered cheating if we became intimate while her divorce is still ongoing? Should I wait until the divorce is completely finalized before taking that step, or is it reasonable to consider her marriage already over because they are separated and the divorce is in progress? I need honest opinions because I don't want to make one decision now and spend the next few years regretting it. Na serious matter, and I honestly don't know where to draw the line.
