My Boyfriend Changed His Mind About My Pregnancy, and Now He Wants Me to Abort

I am pregnant for my boyfriend, and when I told him, he said there was no problem and that he would do the necessary things this December. He said the only issue was that his family would not be happy because he got me pregnant when we are not married. I was happy because I thought he was ready to stand by me, but suddenly, his attitude changed. He is now asking me to remove the pregnancy, saying he is not ready to take responsibility for the child. I have refused because I believe a child is a gift from God, and there are many couples out there praying and waiting for this same blessing. I know things may not be easy if he decides to leave me alone, but I do not want to make a decision out of fear or pressure. His sudden change has left me confused and deeply hurt. I keep wondering what happened to all the promises he made when I first told him. I never expected the man who initially assured me to become the person pressuring me to terminate the pregnancy. I have tried talking to him calmly, but he keeps insisting that he is not ready. I understand that raising a child is a huge responsibility, but I also believe that fear should not be the only reason for such a serious decision. I am scared of what the future holds if he walks away. At the same time, I do not want to live with regret because I allowed someone else to pressure me into doing something I did not want. I am praying for wisdom because I know this decision will affect my life forever. I just wish he would stand by me and take responsibility for the child we created together. For now, I am trying to remain strong and make a decision I can live with, regardless of what he chooses to do.
