He Posts Other Girls, But Never Me

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost two years, and one thing has always bothered me. He has never posted me on his social media—not even on my birthday, Valentine’s Day, or any special occasion. At first, I didn’t think much of it because I’m also not the type that likes too much attention online. But recently, I noticed that he regularly posts other girls. Sometimes it’s their birthdays, graduation pictures, businesses, or just random pictures with sweet captions. When I asked him about it, he said he simply doesn’t like putting his relationship online and that social media doesn’t mean anything to him. What confuses me is that if social media truly means nothing to him, why does he have no problem posting other women? I’m not asking him to post me every week or announce our relationship to the whole internet. I just don’t understand why I’m the only person he seems to hide. Am I overthinking this, or is there a reason a man would proudly post other girls but deliberately keep his girlfriend off his social media? I honestly want to know how other people would handle this.
