AM I WRONG FOR EXPECTING A SIMPLE THANK YOU FROM MY FRIEND?

I'm 30, working and hustling every day. My close friend, who is my age, had been at home for a long time and kept complaining about unemployment. I did what I could for her, including sending her job posts whenever I came across them. Not long ago, a new company opened in our town and posted a receptionist vacancy. I sent it to her on WhatsApp and told her, "Just apply. It's a new company, take the chance." She had been sitting at home for so long, and I wanted her to try. She applied, got invited for the interview, passed, and started work. Then she changed. She used to reply me quickly, but now if I text at 8am, she replies at 2pm, with very short answers. She only comes online at night. Meanwhile, her WhatsApp status was full of "God never disappoints" and "His timing is perfect," thanking God and her ancestors. Today I ran into her in town. It must have been her lunch break, because she was in heels, a skirt and the company shirt. I hugged her, greeted her and congratulated her. But inside, I felt sad. She never told me she got the job. Even standing right in front of me today, she didn't say a simple "thank you." I'm happy for her, truly. I'm not expecting money or gifts. I just thought she would at least tell me herself, instead of letting me find out by chance and growing distant. So tell me honestly: am I wrong to feel hurt? 😔
