Should I Build My Career in Nigeria or Wait for My Travel Opportunity?
Good morning let me drop this here before going for my daily morning routine. Waiting to see the reactions I'm 20 years old and just finished my technical training. A few days ago, I got admission into a six-month Marine Engine Mechanic programme in Port Harcourt. The tuition isn't cheap, and I'll be paying for it myself. At the same time, my elder brother in Canada asked me to send my international passport, NIN, passport photograph, and certificates because he wants to start processing my visa. I've already sent everything, but I don't know how far the application has gone. Now I'm confused. Should I pay my school fees and start the course next week, or wait in case my visa comes out sooner than expected? I haven't even told my brother about the programme because I'm worried he might tell me not to bother since he's planning to bring me over. If my visa gets approved while I'm still in school, should I travel immediately or finish the six-month course first? I'm just trying to make the best decision for my future. If you were in my shoes, what would you honestly do?
