Am I Jealous or Just Worried About My Sister?

Please be honest with me, family. I need outside eyes on this. My sister and I recently had a heated argument, and now I'm confused about my own heart. Am I jealous? Judgmental? Or am I genuinely concerned? My sister works at Customs. In Nigeria, that's what many people call a "good government job." But when I look at her life, I don't see much that she has built for herself or her children. Here's the pattern. Every time she gets a new boyfriend, she eventually moves in with him. Then the renovation starts. New furniture, new fittings, a full makeover of his house. Meanwhile, her own place is still a shack with barely any furniture. I keep asking myself: "What about you and your children? When will you build something for yourselves?" Some relatives already gossip about her behind her back, and that pains me. I don't want anyone laughing at my sister. I have tried to talk to her more than once, gently, because I want her to focus on herself, her kids and her future. But every time, she tells people I'm jealous of her job. That one hurts, because jealousy is not what I feel. What I feel is fear. I'm afraid she is working so hard to prove her love to men that she's neglecting her own home and future. At the same time, I wonder if I'm looking at this the wrong way. Maybe she's happy. Maybe it's her money, her choice, and it isn't my place to say how she spends it. So, my brothers and sisters, tell me the truth: Am I being jealous and judgmental, or am I a sister who genuinely cares? And if it were your sister, working a good job but pouring money into her boyfriends' houses while her own home and children wait, what would you do?
